According to the Animal Protection Law No. 5199, an administrative fine will be applied to those who do not have their animals chipped by the said date.
10 thousand 300 pets were registered in Kırklareli, 8 thousand 922 in Edirne and 22 thousand 493 in Tekirdağ.

Expressing that the problem of stray animals will be solved with the application, Aksoy noted that with the chip application, it is possible to determine who the animal on the street belongs to as quickly as possible.
