Chard Soup – Thrace Travel

However, on the axis of the main ingredient, it is possible to prepare a healing chard soup by combining the side ingredients and its consistency with one of the usual finishing methods. Here is a delicious, thick, healing chard soup recipe prepared by using spinach as an exchange, albeit rare, in the local cuisine.

Materials :

  • 1 ligament of biceps
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 6 glasses of water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2/3 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Preparation of :

  • Chop your onions into baby teeth.
  • Take 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in your pot and fry the onions on low heat until they turn pink.
  • Add your grated carrots with the thin part of your grater and fry with onions for a few minutes.
  • Separate the thick right parts of your chard and finely chop the leaves and thin stems and put them in your pot. Leave the water for a while and wait for it to go out. Fry for a few minutes with other ingredients and give it water.
  • Give the seasoning to your vegetables that have boiled and softened for a few moments. For this, add the flour, egg and yogurt, which you have dissolved by whisking in some water, to the soup by passing them through a fine milk sieve. While doing this, be careful to stir constantly so that it does not break.
  • Balance the salt and pepper, boil a few more times and turn off the heat. Take it to the service after it has rested and warmed up.
