University of Trakya (TÜ) hosted the “Dermocosmetic Summit”.
By TÜ Pharmacy Students’ Association “Edirne In the congress held at the Balkan Congress Center with the theme of “red”, studies in the field of dermocosmetics were discussed.
TU Faculty of Pharmacy Dean Prof. Dr. Gulay In her speech at the opening program, Şeren said that cosmetic products appeal to all segments of society.
Stating that these products find widespread use in different categories day by day, Prof. Dr. Sheren said:
“Dermocosmetic products are products that are used for skin, hair and body care, developed and produced by using the drug production technique. These products have passed dermatological clinical tests. However, the most important point here is that today, where technology is advancing at a great pace, there is a world where the techniques used are more sensitive and easily accessible. It is to ensure standardization in the production of all cosmetic products in the period.
UT rector Assistant Prof. Ahmet Hamdi Zafer, on the other hand, stated that a scientific and innovative program was carried out.
Expressing that the program brought together industry representatives and academicians, Zafer thanked the students and academics who contributed to the event.
Bengi Ecehan Caba, President of TÜ Pharmacy Students’ Union, stated that they felt the peace of holding a scientific event with wide participation as a community.
