Presidents of CHP, IYI Party, Felicity Party, DEVA Party, Future Party and Democrat Party held the 11th meeting of Six Tables. In the joint statement released after the meeting, it was said, “It is not possible for Mr. Erdogan to be a candidate in the elections to be held on 14 May once again.”

After the meeting, which was closed to the press, a joint statement was published with the signatures of the chairpersons. The statement said:
“As the six political parties, we held the eleventh meeting of the cooperation process, which we continue with determination to bring our country to the light, on the blessed Regaip Kandili day, hosted by IYI Party Chairman Ms. Meral Akşener.
First of all, we congratulate our nation and the whole Islamic world on the Regaip Kandili, and we pray to the Almighty Allah to reach many oil lamps in peace.
REACTION TO SWEDEN AND THE NETHERLANDS
In today’s meeting, we first evaluated the current developments. We see the ugly attacks on our holy book, the Quran, in Sweden and the Netherlands as a hate crime, and we strongly condemn the governments that turn a blind eye to them. In this period, when our people will go to the ballot box with their free will and determine the fate of our country, we are also carefully watching the provocations that coincide with every election period in the outside world.
Turkey is governed by a government that acts with lawlessness, lawlessness and disorder. In this framework, it is not possible for Mr. Erdogan to be a candidate in the elections to be held on 14 May, unless the TGNA takes a decision to renew, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and the law, which are so clearly arranged that there is no room for hesitation. We present to the public that we do not accept this rambling, which ignores the Constitution, which the President added to our history of democracy by declaring his candidacy for the third time in violation of the Constitution.
However, we, who are sure that our nation will give the answer “enough” to this unlawful order on the 100th anniversary of our Republic, would like to state that we are ready for the election that Mr.

No matter when the elections are held, it is the Nation Alliance that believes in the rule of law, not the People’s Alliance, which acts with the understanding of the law of the superiors. Even though the government tries to cover up the lost popular support with all kinds of unlawfulness, we will disrupt this game with the support we receive from our nation and we will make Turkey a liberal democratic state of law. To change this one-man order at the ballot box with the will of our nation, we call it a defence!
HEADSHIRT OFFER EXPLANATION
In addition, the constitutional amendment proposal regarding the headscarf submitted by the People’s Alliance to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey was written in a way that questions the ‘religious belief’ of the headscarved woman. This article, which pretends to protect the headscarved woman, actually has the opposite effect. A motion was submitted to remove this expression, which questions the woman’s freedom of dress and the purpose of using the headscarf, from the text. This proposal, which would very clearly bring a full constitutional guarantee to women who cover or do not cover their heads, was rejected by the People’s Alliance. This reveals the disingenuous aim of turning women’s headscarf right into political exploitation and profiteering, as always the People’s Alliance.
COMMON POLICIES RECONCILIATION TEXT TO BE SHARED ON 30 JANUARY
The Presidential Government System has become a problem of survival for our state. Ignoring the will of the nation with the will of a person is a clear indication of the identification of the state with a person. At our meeting today, we took very concrete steps to win the election and run our country with a strengthened parliamentary system, which our people greatly favor. We will share the Roadmap of the Transition Process, which we are about to complete, with the public after the final evaluation, together with the selection process for the Presidential candidate. At this meeting, we also reached an agreement on the Common Policies Memorandum of Understanding, which we will share with the public on January 30th. The concrete targets, policies and projects we have prepared for the priority issues of our country, from the fight against poverty to women’s rights, from cyber security to the law of political ethics, from the fight against waste in the public sector to reverse brain drain, from the defense industry to disaster management, from vocational training to the housing and shelter crisis, from the fight against drugs to the problems of our tradesmen, from border policy to agriculture. We have collected nine main titles and seventy-five sub-titles. This memorandum of understanding is also proof that the Nation Alliance will solve Turkey’s growing problems in every field.
HOW THE CANDIDATES WILL BE DETERMINED
In our meeting, we also talked about how we will choose the Presidential candidate to be chosen by the Nation Alliance. We would like to announce here that the six political parties are working in consultation, consensus and reflecting the preferences of the people in determining the presidential candidate. Our people see the hope of achieving the prosperity and re-democratization that our country deserves in the unity of the six parties. This imposes a historical task on us. We know that this is Turkey’s fateful choice. Our people have entrusted us with their lives, property, future, and the hope of breathing in a civilized, free and prosperous Turkey. May our people rest in peace, six parties will complete this task duly.
We declare once again that;
Turkey’s 13th President believes in the parliamentary system, besides fundamental rights and freedoms, he will be the candidate of democracy lovers. Turkey’s 13th President, ‘Enough! Those who say ‘The word belongs to the Nation’ will be the candidate of the Nation Alliance. Our next meeting will be held on Monday, February 13, 2023, hosted by the Chairman of the Felicity Party, Mr. Temel Karamollaoğlu.”
