HardaliyeIt is a non-alcoholic beverage that can be drunk by people of all ages, obtained by crushing the seeds and skins of sweet and fragrant Cabernet, Merlot, Şiraz, Öküzgözü, Pamit, Papazkarası, Cardinal and Alphonse grape varieties produced in Kırklareli, and fermenting them with mustard seeds and cherry leaves.

The first of the geographical indication initiatives carried out under the leadership of Kırklareli Chamber of Commerce and Industry was on 31.12.2009. The application made on this date was decided on 25.08.2012 and was rejected due to the deficiencies in the file. As a result of the efforts initiated to eliminate the deficiencies, Kırklareli Chamber of Commerce and Industry did not give up and applied to Turkish Patent again on 03.04.2013. After a long investigation, hardaliye was registered as a marked product in Kırklareli on 28.12.2017.
