The 7th INCSOS, which was previously organized in cities and countries that have cultural codes for our civilization, such as Malaga, Jerusalem, Bukhara, Romania, Skopje and Ankara, was held in Baku, the capital of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which has an important place in the common culture of the Turkic world. .
