Serkan Çağrı stated that he was very happy that the Old Hospital Building, where he was born, was organized by the Keşan Municipality as the Keşan City Museum.

My best memories and memories of my childhood have always been in Dallık entertainment. Keşan 1st Hıdırellez and Dallık Festivals organized by Keşan Municipality was a very beautiful and meaningful event. I am very happy to be a part of this event. This year the event was held for the 1st time. I find this festival work of Keşan Municipality very important. It was an event that everyone should know, see and hear from the surrounding provinces and districts, from all over Turkey, and even from abroad. SAMSAK DÖVECİ SURPRISE US WITH ITS 9/8 VERSION
Serkan Çağrı, who also expressed his opinion about the adaptation of Samsak Döveci, one of the popular songs of the last period, by Keşan’lı Yaşam and his musician friends, said, “Samsak Döveci was a folk song that we added to our repertoire in our television program called Nefesten Sese on TRT. After our interpretation in this program, this song gained a lot of attention especially on social media. With its musical structure, it turned into a work that appeals to everyone from 7 to 70, and it included everyone. It has almost become the most listened and spoken folk song in the world. This has come about with the beautiful synergy of our orchestra and everyone who has contributed to the song. Everyone makes a different version and arrangement. Like Samsak Döveci, we have many folk songs that can be researched and discovered. Young musicians should bring such works to society. When Hayat and her musician friends came to Keşan for the 1st Hıdırellez and Dallık Festival, they greeted us with a 9/8 version of Samsak Döveci. They surprised us and we liked this surprise very much. The words were adapted to Keşan and the people of Keşan. EDUCATION OF TALENT YOUNG MUSICIANS

Stating that there are natural talents in Keşan that they expect to come to the fore in artistic terms, but this should be crowned with musical education, Çağrı said at the end of his statement: “There is something to be done about the education of natural talents. Talented young people should not stay away from education and this issue should be taken seriously and thought about. We should do awareness raising activities so that talented young musicians do not miss the education issue. The only obstacle in front of talented young people from Keşan is education. I think that failing to get past the education issue causes talents to stay local. I believe that training and vision studies will be instrumental in introducing talents to the world. The education will open the doors for talented young musicians to become world class musicians. For me, the only reason I got the role is because I am educated and I have accomplished my vision work.”
