The 20th and 21st sub-committees and sub-working groups meeting were organized by the Trakya Universities Union (TÜB).

Namik Kemal University rector Deputy and TÜB Sub-Committee Term President Prof. Dr. Yilmaz Cakici, University of Trakya Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Murat TurkyilmazÇanakkale Onsekiz Mart University (ÇOMÜ) Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Okhan Akdur, Kirklareli University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nurettin Aka, Bandırma Seventeen September University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Celalettin Yanık, TÜB Secretary General and Namık Kemal University Faculty Member Dr. Faculty Member Mustafa Aras and academicians and administrative staff working in TÜB sub-working groups.
The meeting started with Çakıcı’s speech. Çakıcı wished the meeting to be concluded successfully.
Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Okhan Akdur, also TÜB’s TurkeyStating that it is the best university union in Turkey, he emphasized that it sets an important example for inter-university cooperation.
Noting that many events are organized within the body of TÜB, Kırklareli University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Nurettin Aka also stated that he believes the union will carry out successful works that will contribute significantly to the country and the region in 2023.
Trakya University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Murat Türkyılmaz stated that TÜB is one of the important actors of inter-university cooperation.
At the meeting held with nearly 300 participants, ideas were exchanged on proposals from sub-working groups, studies that will support development in the region, and academic, scientific, social and cultural events to be held in 2023.
